Vehicle Club Online Booking Form

Thank you for taking the time to enquire about booking a vehicle club event at the National Motor Museum. Please complete the details required below or phone the museum on 08) 8568 400 to talk to us about how we can help make your event memorable.

  • Free entry for vehicles to park on the Museum grounds with access to the museum exhibitions.
  • Infrastructure such as marquees, PA system, trestle tables and chairs are available for hire at nominal fees.
  • The Museum is cashless – an invoice can be issued if required.
  • We encourage your financial support by way of a donation for the restoration of our 1951 Hartnett Pacific, one of only three in the world.
  • Dogs are permitted on museum grounds but not in any buildings. Accredited assistance animals with appropriate credentials are permitted. Dog owners are required to always keep animals on a lead no longer than 2m and to clean up after them.
  • For all events qualified (SAPOL Marshal trained) parking marshals are required. The Museum is able to provide marshals at $60 per hour per staff member for a minimum three hours. Please speak to the museum event coordinator for more information about marshalling if required.
