Thank you for taking the time to enquire about booking a vehicle club event at the National Motor Museum. Please complete the details required below or phone the museum on (08) 8568 4000 to talk to us about how we can help make your event memorable.

  • Entry to the museum and grounds is free for drivers and passengers of any pre-booked vehicle club who display their vehicle on the Museum grounds.
  • Infrastructure such as marquees, trestle tables and chairs are available for hire at nominal fees.
  • The Museum is cashless – an invoice can be issued if required.
  • We encourage your financial support by way of a donation for the restoration of the History Trust of South Australia’s current restoration project: 1976 Hino Freighter, otherwise known as ‘Priscilla, Queen of the Desert’.
  • Dogs are NOT permitted on museum grounds or museum pavilions with the exception to accredited assistance animals with appropriate credentials.
  • For all events qualified parking marshals (SAPOL Marshal trained) are required.  Please speak to the Visitor Engagement Coordinator for more information about marshalling if required.

    If you need access to the grounds prior to event starting please indicate here.
  • This number can be approximate and updated closer to the event. Only vehicles registered with the attending club are permitted on museum grounds. Daily drives or vehicles that are not within the ‘theme’ of the group are required to park in the main museum carpark and pay admission to gain access. Vehicle clubs enjoy the manicured grounds free of charge and add to our visitors’ experience. Vehicles parking on museum grounds will be parked by museum staff that have been trained to do so. The museum will provide this free of charge for groups under 50 vehicles.

  • As part of your club experience at the National Motor Museum, we can offer guided tours of the museum highlighting points of interest. Tours are best in groups no more than 20 at a time. If this is something you would like to offer your members, please let us know and we will assist in working it in with your event.
