Special Conditions:

Cleanliness on site is essential (copies of the Health Regulations are available from Adelaide Hills Council Environmental Health Officer – 8408 0443)
You must be registered as a Food Business through your local Council if you are providing a catering stall
NO consumption of alcohol and NO smoking permitted within the food preparation & serving area
Proof of insurance cover must accompany this Booking Form
Gates open to the Public at 10.00am setting up prior to this needs to be arranged with museum staff prior to the event
Electrical cables must be checked and tagged
Washing up facilities are required
Food covered (ie netting) as necessary
Supply own change
Museum grounds are locked at night
