What is it?
Rock & Roll Rendezvous is a day full of fun and entertainment for rock and rollers of all ages. With hundreds of classic vehicles, music and dancing, children's activities and the Fashions in the Field competition there is something for everyone. The event has its own Facebook page so check it out to see more photos of the day.
The National Motor Museum in the Adelaide Hills is home to the Rock & Roll Rendezvous, which happens each year in April. A day to celebrate all things from the Rock and Roll era – from fins and chrome to bobby socks and pony tails.
When is it?
The 2016 Rendezvous will be held on Sunday 10 April. Gates will open to vehicle entrants at 9.00am and to the general public at 10.00am. Due to the earlier opening for vehicle entrants, we will not be organising a CRUISE from Torrens Parade Grounds this year.
We thank our major sponsor Eastside Automotive who has been involved with the Rendezvous since 2007. Thank you also to our partners Shannons, Cassablanca, Holden, REPCO Authorised Service, The Arkaba and the SA Rock n Roll School of Dance for supporting the event, plus Coast FM for their coverage in the lead up to the big day. We also wish to thank Adelaide Airport for promoting the event by having one of Eastside Automotive's vehicle on display for 5 weeks leading up to the 2015 event.
Who do we support?
We are proud to be associated with the Down Syndrome Society of SA. The Rock & Roll Rendezvous has supported this as our charity since 2007.
